Orders enter production shortly after being placed. Once the process has been initiated, modifications are not guaranteed. If you need to amend your order, contact us immediately via the official channels. We will do what we can. We make no promises. This is a small operation run by one person with a day job.
We accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of preference, a change of heart, or a sudden crisis of identity. Please review sizing information carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives with a production defect, contact us with your order number and a photograph of the issue and we will resolve it.
Each product page includes a size guide. Our garments are designed with an oversized fit as the default — this is intentional, not an error. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. If you are uncertain, size up. The garment will not judge you. We certainly won't.

The name reflects the brand's position: not hidden, not loud, not particularly concerned with what you think about it. If you are asking because you need it explained, it may not be for you. If you are asking because you already get it — welcome. You already know.
Yes. All InDiscreet products bearing the Certified mark have been reviewed, assessed, and approved by the relevant internal committee. This committee exists. It has standards. Those standards are ours. We acknowledge this may raise further questions. Those questions are part of the experience.
InDiscreet is an independent apparel brand operated by a single founder with a graphic design background, a full-time job, and an unreasonable amount of conviction that this is going to work. There is no team. There is no office. There is a vision, a Shopify store, and a deep familiarity with the internet. We consider this sufficient.
